Initiate Your Return
Log into your Merch Store account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn apparel and the original packing slip into the shipping box, ensuring all original garment tags remain attached.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
